Local Studio Pickup in Ottawa

Complimentary local pickup is available from Noemie’s Ottawa studio. Please contact art@noemielcote.com to arrange a pickup time.

Shipping Within North America

Limited time complimentary standard shipping is included for orders within Canada and the United States.

Once your commission, ready-to-hang original painting or print is ready to ship, it will be carefully and securely packaged for transportation. Whenever possible, artwork will arrive ready to hang and enjoy right out of the box.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your artwork has shipped. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, artwork size and carrier.

Complimentary shipping covers standard transportation costs. Any applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage charges or other import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Outside of North America

We ship artwork worldwide. For orders outside Canada and the United States, Noemie will contact you within one week of your purchase with a shipping estimate.

Any applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage charges or other import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damages

We take great care in packaging artwork securely and work with quality shipping and freight carriers to help ensure your artwork arrives safely.

If your shipment arrives with visible damage, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately so that we can assist with the carrier claim.

If a print is damaged during shipping, a replacement print will be provided at no additional cost. For original paintings, we will work with you to determine the best solution based on the nature of the damage.

To help us process a shipping claim:

  • Notify us within 2 days of receiving your artwork and include your order number.

  • Take at least three clear photographs showing the damaged packaging, any damage to the artwork and the shipping label. A video is also welcome.

  • Send the information to art@noemielcote.com.

  • For urgent shipping concerns, you may contact Noemie directly at 613-859-6130 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
