Return policy for prints: We guarantee you will love the quality of your Noemie L. Cote print. Every print is made to order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the print in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.
Return policy for commissioned paintings: Due to the type of personalized artwork we do not offer returns on commissioned paintings.
If your print arrives damaged in any way, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and a replacement will be sent to you immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We ship worldwide on quality freight carriers and provide only the best protection for your new art. If, however, if you notice any damages you can refuse the shipment and it will be returned so we can file a claim. You will get you a free reprint, but we will need a few things from you in order for us to file the claim.
- Notify us within 2 days of receipt, including your order number.
- Take at least 3 pictures showing the damage to the box, the damage to the print, and the shipping label. A video is also welcomed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
