We charge applicable sales tax rates for all artwork and goods that are shipping to Canada based on the delivery address of the artwork. There are no taxes for the United States or international orders. Items purchased in an art fair or gallery event will be charged the local sales tax rate for that Province or city, as applicable.

We protect the artworks with Glassine, an acid-free barrier paper that won't scratch or harm the surface of your paintings. The artwork is then enveloped in bubble wrap, and double-thick boxes are used to provide the best possible safety during shipping.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the painting in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.

Your painting will arrive framed and ready to hang, with a hanging wire already fitted to the back. We also include the necessary hardware hooks. For the best results, use two hooks set about 6-12 inches apart to help keep the painting level.

The way your painting looks can change significantly based on your lighting choices. During the day, natural ambient light offers a soft and pleasant effect, evolving as the sun moves across the sky. At night, you'll need artificial light to illuminate your artwork. Using a light angled from above can highlight the painting's texture, reveal delicate colour nuances, and enhance your overall viewing experience.

Art galleries often use warm or cool-toned spotlights to accentuate the colours and focal points of a painting. You can create a similar effect at home by installing halogen directional spotlights in the ceiling above your artwork. These lights are affordable and can be installed by an electrician in just a few hours. Alternatively, you can purchase various low-wattage spotlights and LEDs online. We recommend Soraa LED bulbs
